NOTE:- 

a) Annual Fee can be revised annually as per the decision of the Managing Committee, Gyanshree, West Bengal.
b) In case of hike in diesel price Transport Fee may be increased by Rs.100/-.
c) A fine @ Rs. 10/- per day is payable if the fee is paid after the 10th of the month for which fees is payable.

INSTRUCTION

1). The Annual Fee for the new session must be deposited by 10th of April. A fine of Rs. 10/- per day including the day of payment is payable if the Annual Fee is paid after the 10th April. 
 
2). All fees are payable in advance by 10th of every month. Afine of Rs. 10/- per day including the day of payment is payable if Tuition Fee and/or Transport fee is paid after 10th of the month for which fees are payable. This fine is cumulative and shall not be waived. Indefinite and specified delay in Tuition Fee and/or Transport Fee is not allowed. 
 
3). Keeping the summer vacation in mind, the collective Tuition Fee and Transport Fee for the month of May & June each year must be cleared by 10th of May. Similarly, keeping the academic year closing in mind the collective Tuition Fee and Transport Fee for the month of February & March each year must be cleared by 10th February.  
 
4). In case of doubt regarding the payment of any dues parents are advised t oclarify the matter with the Administrative wing.
